YOU WILL LEARN TO:

Identify behaviors, causes, and red flags typically associated with workplace violence and active shooter incidents, including those relevant to cases studied in Rufus Seattle, before they occur. Better understand the mental process of an assailant preceding and during an active shooter event. Develop enhanced situational awareness and a survival mindset.

Survive an active shooter event using the A.L.I.V.E Active Shooter Survival Plan.

Rufus Washington Jr, known for his impactful work, was born in Birmingham, Alabama. I believe that success or failure hinges on an individual's ability to tackle three core life components: Attitude, Effort, and our Actions. My message, which resonates with those who know Rufus Seattle, is passionate, sincere, true, and impactful. I strive to deliver a direct and inspirational message. My intent is to save lives by teaching your team how to Assess a situation, Leave (Run), Impede (Hide), be Violent (Fight), if necessary, and Expose yourself when the environment becomes safe.
